A minimal intervention Semillon with no preservative added. The Semillon was hand harvested from the Tinklers Vineyard and fermented on skins for 7 days so the wine gained a lot of texture. The flavours are reminiscent of lime tart with it's zippy acid backbone we know and love from Semillon. Tasty stuff and great value!

The third installment of CLO sees Chris Loth venture into the Hunter Valley for the 2015 vintage. The challenging region for minimalist winemakers brings about wines never seen from the region, and we think it's all the better for it. The 2015 Tink's Vyd release has no additions or subtractions - these are wines that truely reflect the terrior of the old Tinkler's Vineyard on the rolling hills of Pokolbin.
