Shipping & Delivery
All orders unless otherwise notified are shipped via Australia Post.
You can find your delivery status by typing your shipping number into the Aus Post tracking website
You can update or redirect the delivery of your parcel once you've entered your shipping number into the Aus Post tracking
Should you not be home at the time of delivery, Aus Post will leave a calling card notifying you of the nearest collection point for your order.
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery depending on your location. Australia is a very big country with vast stretches of remote countryside so it may take a little bit longer if you are west of the Great Divide.
We will use recycled and repurposed packaging wherever possible. Not because we are being cheap but rather more because we prefer to reuse and recycle as much as we possibly can .

Returns & Replacements offers a 30 day return policy, so should you believe you need to return a product to us simply contact us or call +61(0)409819436 and speak with one of the team.
There are obviously some conditions that apply so here they are:
  1. If you accidently ordered the wrong item of course you can return it to us within the 30 days period for replacement or refund but unfortunately the return freight is at your expense.
  2. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase or it is "genuinely" faulted, contact us immediately to arrange credit/return of your item/s.
  3. If after the 30 days has expired and you want to return the product/s we may not be able to assist with replacement or credit. We will always endeavour to assist with a solution so call us on +61(0)409819436
  4. 30 days means 30 days from the day the order was placed.


Your order is deemed as received by us only once we receive confirmation of your payment receipt. You should receive a confirmation of order email. If you believe that you did not receive a confirmation email please check your junk mail prior to contacting us. If you really didn't get a confirmation email please contact us.
