It has a lifted nose of citrus and hazelnut. Citrus & classic nectarine carry onto the palate with terrific fruit intensity balanced by natural acidity and length. Beautiful lifted hazelnut notes are delivered by 10months in puncheons & barriques; this is a delicate finely structured Chardonnay.

Sourced from the Broke Fordwich region in the Hunter Valley and matured in French oak for 10 months. In line with previous vintages of Chardonnay, this fruit was picked at optimum ripeness in the cool of the night. Of the free-run juice, a portion was fermented in French Troncais barriques.
