The pale platinum colour belies the true nature of this Chardonnay that bears strong relationship to top flight Chablis. It’s piercing mouth-watering texture is not centered around the usual interplay of fruit and oak flavours. There are a many good Australian Chardonnays but this is quite apart and represents amazing value. Not much produced - Distributor Note
